According to the President of the Círculo Eça de Queiroz, António Martins da Costa—who, along with Vera d’Orey, also a board member, accompanied the Ambassador during the reception-lunch—“the Círculo Eça de Queiroz stands as a space where culture is lived through conviviality, and where thought opens itself to the world.
